I saw the first eagle swoop up from the lake with a large fish in it's talons. The eagle landed just outside our cabin in the tallest pine near the lake's edge and began to eat the fish. My family and I were having lunch as well, so I grabbed my cam corder and began to take photos. My wife and I were impressed, my 2 year old just kept eating her beans.

I was able to capture a little video of the eagle in MPG format. You can hear my 2 year old off in the background singing while she eats her baked beans. It's kinda funny. How often do you get to have lunch with a Bald Eagle?

Then from out of the sky came a loud eagle cry, and another eagle landed up higher on the same pine tree. You can see the first eagle looking up at it's young, saying, "Sorry hun, I ate it all..." The second eagle was a bit smaller in size, and still had brown feathers in the white of the head. My Grandfather told me it was a young eagle being taught by a parent how to fish. When there was no more food to be had, the two flew off together. We could hear their cries for a while off in the distance as they fished the lake all during the afternoon.
